WAE Academy ("we") runs waehub.com and provides online chemistry lessons. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

  • Student and parent names, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country and school.
  • Course details: curriculum, exam board, exam series, lessons booked and attended.
  • Learning records: quiz and past-paper scores, progress notes and monthly reports.
  • Payment records: amount, date, method and a payment reference. We do not store card numbers, bank account numbers or wallet PINs.
  • Technical data from the website, such as log-in activity and cookies.

Why we use it

  • To deliver lessons and courses, and give students access to them.
  • To schedule lessons and send reminders.
  • To send monthly progress reports to parents.
  • To issue invoices and keep payment records.
  • To reply to questions and improve our courses.

Who sees it

Only Habib (WAE Academy) and the student's own parent or guardian. We use trusted services to run the website, video lessons and messaging (for example our website host, the online classroom and video hosting). We never sell personal data.

Students under 18

We need a parent's or guardian's agreement before a student under 18 joins. We do not publish students' names, photos or results without written permission from a parent.

Lesson recordings

Live lessons may be recorded so the student can rewatch them. Recordings are only shared with that student (or group) and are deleted after the student's exam series ends.

How long we keep data

For as long as the student studies with us, then up to 2 years for records and invoices, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop receiving messages, by contacting Mr.Mohamedhabib27@gmail.com or WhatsApp +966 580 968 586. We follow applicable data-protection laws, including Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law.
