By booking a lesson or buying a course on waehub.com, you agree to these terms.
- Services. WAE Academy provides live online chemistry lessons (1-to-1 and small groups) and self-paced video courses for IGCSE, O Level, IAL, AS & A Level, AP and ACT.
- Accounts. Each account is for one student only. Do not share your log-in or course content.
- Students under 18 need a parent's or guardian's agreement, and the parent is responsible for payment.
- Free trial. New students may take one free trial lesson.
- Payment. Lessons and courses are paid in advance by the methods listed on the invoice or the website. Access starts once payment is confirmed.
- Course access. Self-paced courses and prepaid lesson packages are valid until the end of the student's exam series (results day of the series they sit).
- Cancelling and rescheduling live lessons. Give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule free of charge. Lessons cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are counted as used.
- Refunds. See our Refund policy.
- Content. All videos, slides, notes and materials belong to WAE Academy and are for the student's personal study only. Do not copy, share, sell or post them. Past-paper questions remain the property of their exam boards.
- Behaviour. Students should be respectful in live lessons. We may end access for abusive behaviour or for sharing paid content, without refund.
- Results. We work hard to help every student improve, but exam results depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed.
- Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the website at the time of purchase applies.
